Free Shipping Policy

Get free shipping when you place an order that is at least $99.99 before tax. This applies only to orders that ship within Canada. Some remote locations such as Air Stage Post Offices, do not qualify for this offer.

 

Flat Rates - Within Canada

We ship most orders within Canada using the Canada Post Expedited Parcel service. It is a traceable service. We will email you with the tracking number for your parcel once the item has been shipped out from our store.

In some cases your order may be shipped by another courier. We will email you the tracking number and courier information once your order has shipped.

All orders that do not qualify for free shipping will be charged the following flat shipping rate per order:

  • Orders shipped to Ontario and Quebec:
    • Flat rate of $8.99
  • Orders shipped to Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Manitoba, British Columbia, P.E.I, Saskatchewan, Alberta, Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavut
    • Flat rate of $12.99

*Flat rate means you can order any amount of items and the total shipping costs will be capped at the fixed rate listed above per order.

 

Flat Rates - Within the USA

We ship all orders to the United States via Canada Post Expedited Parcel USA. It is a traceable service. We will email you with the tracking number for your parcel once the item has been shipped out from our store.

  • All orders ship to the USA for a flat rate of $24.99.

*Flat rate means you can order any amount of items and the total shipping costs will be capped at the fixed rate listed above per order.

 

International Shipping

We currently do not ship to addresses outside of Canada and the United States.

Q: How can I track my order?

Once an order had been shipped, we'll send you an email with the tracking number. You can use the courier's website to track the progress of your shipment. 

 

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

Since we ship from Ontario items may take a bit longer to reach certain locations outside of Ontario. We ship from the following postal code L4H 3T8.

Some orders will take longer to process than others. Check the "Availability" section of each product listing to get an estimate for any shipping delays. Orders eligible for free shipping will be shipped once all items on the order are available to ship.

 

Q: Can I ship to another address other than my billing address?

In certain cases customers like to have their package shipped to an address other than the billing address. In these cases we may require that you provide this address to the bank where you obtained your credit card. If this is required we will contact you via email and advise you that this is required to successfully process your order. Once you have added the new address to your credit card you will need to place a new order.

 

Q: Are shipping fees refundable?

All shipping costs, including returns costs are non-refundable.

 

Q: Can I ship to more than one address?

You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.
